Elroy Face - TTM

Former professional baseball player. Played for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Detroit Tigers, and Montreal Expos.
Autograph obtained c/o his home.
Even though Face was known for his playing days with the Pirates, it's great that he played for the Tigers as I can add this to my Tigers PC. Face was a solid reliever for the Pirates during their World Series run and many other seasons.

Robbie Weinhardt - TTM

Currently playing for the Detroit Tigers of the MLB.
Autograph obtained c/o the Detroit Tigers.
Weinhardt began the 2009-10 Major League Baseball season with the Detroit Tigers AAA affiliate, the Toledo Mud Hens, but he would later be called up to the Motor City, in order to fill in for an injured player. Robbie maintained the position on the Tigers for quite some time before he was again placed in the minors.

Ryan Perry - IP

Currently playing for the Detroit Tigers of the MLB.
Autograph obtained in person at a Detroit Tigers V.S. Pittsburgh Pirates game.
Perry was drafted by the Detroit Tigers out of the University Of Arizona playing for the Crimson Tide`s baseball squad. A relief pitcher, Perry recorded his first career win on May 1, 2010.
Perry signed my Detroit Tigers Cooperstown Hat.
Ramon Santiago - IP

Currently playing with the Detroit Tigers of the MLB.
Autograph obtained in person at a Detroit Tigers V.S. Pittsburgh Pirates game.
Santiago made his MLB debut on May 17, 2002 for the Detroit Tigers. Santiago would join the Seattle Mariners the following season playing in 26 games for the big league club. Ramon would find his way back to the Tigers organization in 2006 and is still playing with Detroit today.
Santiago signed my 2008 Topps Baseball card.
Josh Anderson - IP

Currently playing for the Atlanta Braves of the MLB.
Autograph obtained in person at a Detroit Tigers V.S. Pittsburgh Pirates game.
Anderson played for the Houston Astros in his rookie season but joined the Detroit Tigers the following season. After having some success with Detroit, he was dealt to the Kansas City Royals. After finishing the season with Kansas City, he would start the 2010 Major League Baseball season with the Atlanta Braves.
Anderson signed my Detroit Tigers Cooperstown Hat.
Dane Sardinha - IP

Currently playing for the Philadelphia Phillies of the MLB.
Autograph obtained in person at a Detroit Tigers V.S. Pittsburgh Pirates game.
Sardinha was drafted by the Kansas City Royals in the 1997 MLB Draft but didn't make his MLB debut until 2003 and with the Cinncinatti Reds. After his days with the Reds, Dane was signed to a minor league contract and recieved in invite to spring training with the Detroit Tigers. In 2008 he would play catcher for the Tigers in place of the injured Brandon Inge.

Scott Sizemore - IP

Currently playing for the Oakland Athletics of the MLB.
Autograph obtained in person at the 2010 TigerFest.
Sizemore, who was called up by the Tigers to play third base while the injured, Brandon Inge, healed, spent the 2007 season playing with the West Michigan Whitecaps, the singel-A affiliate of the Tigers. He recorded his first ever major league hit against the Cleveland Indians in 2010.
Sizemore signed a team sheet along with many other Tigers players and staff.
Magglio Ordonez - IP

Currently playing for the Detroit Tigers of the MLB.
Autograph obtained in person at the 2010 TigerFest.
Ordonez began his professional baseball career in Chicago with the White Sox before joining the Tigers later on in his career. Magglio, a fan favourite at Comerica Park in Detroit, is well known for his unforgettable walk-off home run at the 2006 ALCS to send the Tigers to the 2006 World Series Championship.Though they would lose to the Cardinals, "Magg's' " home run will never be forgotten by Tigers fans everwhere.

Justin Verlander - IP

Currently playing for the Detroit Tigers of the MLB.
Autograph obtained in person at the 210 TigerFest.
Verlander, who threw the first ever no-hitter at Comerica Park against the Milwaukee Brewers, was drafted 2nd overall by the Tigers out of Old Dominion University. Justin, who is number 1 in the pitching rotation for Detroit, wears number 35 when on the mound for the Tigers.
Verlander signed my 2008 Topps Baseball card and was nice enough to stop signing to take a picture with me. One of my favourite baseball autographs I've obtained.

Jim Leyland - IP

Currently the manager for the Detroit Tigers of the MLB.
Autograph obtained in person at the 2010 TigerFest.
Leyland began his playing career when the Detroit Tigers signed him as a catcher in 1963. He spent the next few years playing in the minor leagues. He would end up being the third base coach for the Chicago White Sox. Jim was then named the manager of the Pittsburgh Pirates and is now the manager for Detroit.
Jim signed my 2008 Topps Baseball card from the Limited Edition Detroit Tigers 55 card team set.
