Meagher would wrap up his career with the Blues, but spent many years with the New Jersey Devils also. During his professional hockey career, he would tally 144 goals, and 309 points. He was hired back to the St. Louis Blues team, but this time not as a player, but an assistant coach for the 1997-98 season. He would only maintain that job for one season, but currently works as a scout with the Blues.
