Killeen played for the Pittsburgh Penguins in the 2009 National Hockey League Rookie Tournament held at the Kitchener Auditorium in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. He will most likely start in goal for the Penguins at the 2010 Rookie Tournament that will take place at the John Labatt Centre in London, Ontario, Canada.
