Neshek is known for his unique sidearm/submarine style of pitch, but also for his great communication with fans. Pat was hit in his shoulder from a ball while playing in high school, this caused him to no longer be able to throw overhand. Through determination and hard work, he was able to throw again, but this time, sidearm. Neshek signed a Minnesota Twins index card for me.
