Bogosian was the 3rd overall draft pick in the 1st round of the 2008 National Hockey League Entry Draft. He spent his junior playing days with the Peterborough Petes of the Ontario Hockey League. Zach spent the 2009-10 campaign in the big leagues with the Thrashers.
