A huge addition to my collection of Toronto Maple Leaf past and present stars. Though he hasn't fully blossomed with the Leafs, I still believe that he will get going with someone like Brad Richards as a linemate. Many people doubt Kessel's scoring abilities, but I think there's still some of the "Boston" Phil Kessel left in him.

Nikolai Kulemin - TTM

Nikolai Kulemin

Currently playing for the Toronto Maple Leafs of the NHL.

Kulemin, a late draft pick by the Maple Leafs, had a spectacular rookie season with Toronto. The following year he would rack up 30 goals in the blue and white uniform. Nikolai wears the number forty-one when playing for the Maple Leafs.

Ben Scrivens - IP

Ben Scrivens

Currently playing for the Toronto Marlies of the AHL. Property of the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Scrivens, who went undrafted, played hockey for Cornell University before joining the Maple Leafs ECHL affiliate, the Reading Royals. After putting up spectacular numbers with the Royals, he was recalled by the Toronto Marlies.

Sam Carrick - IP

Sam Carrick

Currently playing for the Brampton Battalion of the OHL. Property of the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Carrick was drafted by the Maple Leafs in the 2010 National Hockey League Entry Draft. Sam tallied 21 goals in 2009-10.

Brian Burke - IP

Brian Burke

Currently the general manager of the Toronto Maple Leafs of the NHL.

Burke, who began his managerial career with the Vancouver Canucks, won a Stanley Cup in 2007 when he put together a Cup Championship team in the Anahiem Ducks.

Nazem Kadri - IP

Nazem Kadri

Currently playing with the Toronto Marlies of the AHL.

Autograph obtained in person at a London Knights game.

Kadri began the 2010-11 season with the Toronto Marlies after being drafted by the Leafs in '09, by would be recalled to play for the Maple Leafs early on in the year. He wouldn't be with the team for very long, as he was assigned to the Marlies approximately a 4 weeks later.

Barron Smith - TTM

Barron Smith

Currently playing for the Peterborough Petes of the OHL.

Autograph obtained c/o the Peterborough Petes.

The son of former NHLer Steve Smith, Barron was drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the 7th round, 188th overall in the 2009 National Hockey League Entry Draft. He began his junior career with the London Knights but was traded to the Peterborough Petes early in his OHL career.

Andrew Engelage - TTM

Andrew Engelage

Currently playing for the Utah Grizzlies of the ECHL.

Engelage, who was a member of the Memorial Cup Champion Windsor Spitfires team, went undrafted but was signed to a minor league contract with the Toronto Maple Leafs in 2009.

Jesse Blacker - TTM

Jesse Blacker

Currently playing with the Owen Sound Attack of the OHL. Property of the Toronto Maple Leafs NHL Hockey Club.

Blacker began his Ontario Hockey League career with the Windsor Spitfires. In Windsor, Jesse would play alongside Edmonton Oiler, Taylor Hall, and Nashville Predator, Ryan Ellis. This powerhouse team would go on to win a Memorial Cup. Blacker was drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the 2009 National Hockey League draft. The following season he would be traded to the Owen Sound Attack of the OHL.

Colby Armstrong - IP

Colby Armstrong


Currently playing with the Toronto Maple Leafs of the NHL.


Autograph obtained in person at a Pittsburgh Penguins game.

Armstrong was originally drafted by the Pittsburgh Penguins, but was involved in a trade that sent him to the Atlanta Thrashers hockey club. After a number of successful seasons playing in Georgia with the Thrashers, Colby would be signed by the Toronto Maple Leafs out of free agency. Armstrong would suffer an injury early on in the 2010-11 campaign and would have to sit out for a couple of months. Colby would join the team directly after recovering. He is currently playing with the hockey club this year.

Greg McKegg - IP

Greg McKegg

Currently playing for the Erie Otters of the OHL. Property of the Toronto Maple Leafs NHL Hockey Club.

McKegg was drafted in the third round of the 2010 National Hockey League Entry Draft by the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Luke Schenn - AC

Luke Schenn

Currently playing for the Toronto Maple Leafs of the NHL.

Autograph bought at a card shop.

Schenn, who was drafted by the Maple Leafs in the first round of the 2008 National Hockey League Entry Draft, recorded his first career NHL goal at the Bell Centre against the Montreal Canadiens. Luke's younger brother, Brayden, was drafted by the Los Angeles Kings in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft. Luke spent his junior career playing for the Western Hockey League's, Kelowna Rockets.

Luke signed a 2009 Be A Player Hockey card.

Aaron Voros - AC

Aaron Voros

Currently playing for the Toronto Marlies of the AHL.

Autograph bought at a card shop.

Voros spent the beginning of his career with the Minnesota Wild but would later become a perfect fit with the New York Rangers. Though having a great 2009-10 regular season with the Rangers, Aaron would be traded to the Anahiem Ducks later on in the offseason.

Voros signed a 2008 Be A Player Hockey Card.
